| When we decided that we were ready to buy our first home we had no idea where to go first. We had done an internet search and found a few homes we liked, but the selling agents were seriously no help. They had little interest in talking to a young unmarried couple with no agent. Finally a co-worker suggested Lynn Calimlim and Hoover Premier Real Estate. Neither of us were familiar with her or the agency, but we decided to go ahead and give her a call.
Within minutes of talking to Lynn, I knew that I loved her. She was so down to earth and honest, I told her how uneducated we were in the process and she didn't even flinch. Two days later we were looking at houses. Lynn made it fun, and we both felt so relaxed walking through other people's homes with her. She really listened to what we wanted and needed in a first home and helped us weed through all the options.
Two weeks later we saw the home that we now live in. All three of us loved the house within minutes and Lynn was just as excited as we were. The next morning (Sunday) Lynn was at our house with an offer to sign, she had left a family beach day to help us get the house we loved. She held our hands through the whole process and always answered my many phone calls. She even called me from her Vegas Vacation when I was having a panic attack!
When the house closed she met me at a coffee house to give me the keys. She was genuinely happy for us, and we both teared up a little. This house is such a huge thing for us, and we're so happy that we found Lynn to help us reach our goal.
We will never use another agent, and highly reccomend that no one else use any other agent. Lynn Rocks!
