Lynn Calimlim
Lynn, our designated Broker and Owner, is a native of the Pacific NW and currently resides in Edmonds with her 3 kids. She began her career working for the #1 specialty retail company known for its outstanding Customer Service, Nordstrom. She uses this service level everyday in handling her real estate clients. Her goal is to provide her clients with such excellent service in the process of buying or selling your home that they will refer her to all of their friends and family. With that goal in mind, Lynn does not do a lot of personal marketing and relies on her performance to promote her business.

Lynn stays active in her professional community by taking continuing education courses for her Broker's license and going for her Certified New Home Professional designation. With over five years as a full time real estate agent, she has learned that this is a continuously evolving business. Keeping current on market trends, legislative issues and licensing laws allows her to serve her clients efficiently. With her extensive background in customer service and initiative to keep current with all facets of the real estate market, she offers her clientele unsurpassed communication and a smooth buying and selling process.

Lynn understands the importance of giving back to the community we work in. In addition to working with her clients, Lynn serves on the Board of Directors for a local organization, Clothes for Kids and is a member of the Women's Council of the Master Builder Association of King and Snohomish County.

Ron Hoover
Ron Hoover, our Designated Broker, has over 37 years of experience in both residential and commercial real estate. He founded Hoover Premier Real Estate (formerly Hoover Realty) in 1969 as a division of his corporation, R.H. Hoover, Inc. Mr. Hoover also serves on the Board of Trustees for Washington Center for Real Estate Research (http://www.cbe.wsu.edu/~wcrer/) and did serve five years on the advisory board with the CBE (College of Business and Economics) at Washington State University. In addition to his Real Estate Brokers License, Mr. Hoover maintains memberships in the Northwest Multiple Listing Service, Master Builders Association of King and Snohomish Counties.
Cathy Patterson
Cathy Patterson is a licensed sales person and part owner of Hoover Premier Real Estate, and began her career in the Banking and Title insurance industry. She enjoyed a seven year career in the Title industry and then went on to become a real estate assistant and transaction coordinator for top producing real estate agents, furthering her knowledge of the industry and giving her the opportunity to meet Scott and Ron Hoover. Cathy joined R.H. Hoover Inc. and started working for Hoover Premier Homes in the building division. Cathy has worked for the last 9 years for HPH and currently serves as the Vice President of R.H. Hoover Inc. and oversees project management for Hoover Premier Homes. In addition to her project management duties Cathy is also a licensed real estate agent and assists Lynn Calimlim with the day to day operating duties of Hoover Premier Real Estate. Cathy's expertise in land development and feasibility studies proves to be invaluable to the company and the continuing education of agents at Hoover Premier Real Estate.
Scott Hoover
Scott Hoover grew up in a Real Estate and Home Building family. He was put to work from a very early age on jobsites learning the ins and outs of Home building, Project management and Real Estate firsthand. Scott graduated from WSU in 1988 and after graduation served as an Assistant Superintendent for R.H. Hoover Inc. Scott worked for a Multi - Family apartment developer for several years and returned to the family business in 1991 as the Vice- President of Construction for R.H. Hoover Inc. and Hoover Premier Real Estate (Formerly Hoover Realty). His career has continued a President of Hoover Premier Homes and Vice President and part owner of Hoover Premier Real Estate. Scott has a reputation for being very involved from start to finish. Devoting a considerable amount of his time setting and maintaining extremely high standards to ensure every Hoover Premier Homes homeowner is completely satisfied.
Heather Rogers
Heather Rogers is new to the Construction and Real Estate Industry. Heather is the Office Assistant for R.H. Hoover Inc. and Hoover Premier Real Estate. She has an extensive Customer Service background and aids in the day to day operations of both companies. Heather is a huge asset to both companies and has goals to continue to build her knowledge of the Construction and Real Estate business.
Clifton Renberg
Clifton is a true Washingtonian having grown up in the Bavarian town of Leavenworth and has resided in the greater Seattle area for the last 10 years. He is well acquainted with home building and real estate since his father has built custom homes for over 30 years, and helped build the home he grew up in for many years. He began his career in the Information Technology industry in a customer service operations role and brings a wealth of knowledge to the real estate business with his technology background. This is a tremendous asset since the real estate landscape continues to evolve with technology transforming the industry.

Clifton remains active in the real estate community as a member of the Snohomish/Camano Association of Realtors and North Central Washington Association of Realtors in order to stay abreast of the latest issues and current events affecting the industry. He also remains informed of the latest business practices within the profession through continuing education courses and will be taking Commercial Brokerage classes in the near future.
